We're now in our seventh year and growing to serve our clients better. In fact, our fastest growing program is placing foreign workers as caregivers. It's no surprise that this program is popular because it's the most economical way to have excellent live-in care. Qualicare will manage the entire process; including the location, hiring, orienting, managing and paying the caregiver on our client's behalf.

| Not Healthy to Hold a Grudge: |
 A report, published in the Mayo Clinic Women's HealthSource, said holding a grudge appears to affect the cardiovascular and nervous systems. One study found that people who focused on a personal grudge had elevated blood pressure and heart rates, as well as increased muscle tension and feelings of being less in control. |

An emergency Card is very important to have easily visible by each phone in your home. This card should include your home telephone number, home address, main intersection and a list of the main healthcare problems and medications for each family member.
