Service Packages

4 service levels, each designed to give peace of mind. As medical conditions and family circumstances differ, so do patient requirements. That’s why we offer 3 different service packages as well as an option to choose adhoc, whatever is needed.

Level 1

Designed for people who live independently or with a live-in caregiver, who are in stable health but are looking for guidance on aging issues, illness or navigating the healthcare system. This service provides prevention, independence, emotional support, education, reassurance and peace of mind.

Level 2

Designed for those at home, in retirement homes or hospitals, and are dealing with increasing healthcare challenges which require co-ordination, direction, intervention and supervision. This service provides regular monitoring, safety, security, direction, guidance, prevention, independence, continuity of care, emotional support, education, reassurance and peace of mind.

Level 3

Designed for those with significant health issues, who require ongoing intervention, support and guidance through the complexities of the healthcare system. This service provides daily monitoring by telephone or personal visits, comprehensive, holistic attention, continuity of care and a commitment to deliver all touch points needed to maintain the patient’s optimal emotional and physical health.

Level 4
