Qualicare offers support services in four steps, as follows:

1. Locate – Both research and our business network help us find candidates who are most capable and best suited for the client’s overall needs. A Registered Nurse will assess the situation and direct the process, with your approval.
2. Hire – We interview, assess, check references, negotiate contracts and apply to both government departments for the approvals required, legitimizing the foreign workers’ position and ensuring their work permit is issued in a timely fashion.
3. Orient – To begin this relationship properly, reasonable expectations must be set and a clear understanding of the commitment undertaken by all participants must be in place. The R.N. assigned by Qualicare will develop an appropriate care plan and provide guidance and support to all concerned, as it is implemented.
4. Manage – Proper management of any caregiver is critical. Management of both the financial and human resource aspects as well as their ability to do their job well is required. Qualicare will assume responsibility for any of these activities. Families may need a payroll service to avoid the burden of the required paperwork or they may need the 24/7 on-call nursing support we offer to guide their caregiving role and enhance the level of safety and security at home.
