Live-in Care
Certified, experienced caregivers (or PSWs), both male and female, are available for short-term, live-in requirements, staying over-night for a few days or a few weeks. Live-in caregivers are available for patients who sleep through most of the night. These live-in caregivers commonly work 8 hours over each 24 hour period, usually making themselves available when needed. If live-in care requirements are longer term, the most economical way to get the best care available is to hire a foreign worker caregiver.
Foreign Workers, wishing to immigrate to Canada, are available for live-in assignments in private homes, as caregivers, for any persons requiring full time assistance. Successful applications approved by government agencies are given a work permit for a specified employer, as a live-in caregiver. After two years of employment, live-in caregivers can apply to become permanent Canadian residents who can then work in any field.
We find, select and redeploy foreign workers already located in Canada. These workers can be met, interviewed and chosen. They also can begin working relatively quickly and are often more adjusted to Canada, resulting in a better match.
